This Franchisee Business Model is designed to accelerate business expansion by appointing Territory Development Partners ("Franchisees") across designated geographical regions. The Franchisee shall act as the Company's local business development representative, responsible for identifying, nurturing, and securing interior design and fit-out projects within the assigned territory.
The Company shall provide its established brand name, design expertise, project execution capabilities, technical support, while the Franchisee focuses on business acquisition and relationship management.
Represent the Company within the allocated territory to maintain brand values.
Identify & engage prospective clients like retail showrooms, offices, hotels, and institutional facilities.
Conduct preliminary discussions and requirement gathering to understand project parameters.
Coordinate with Company's design & estimation teams for proposal preparation and client presentations.
Support and facilitate negotiations to close premium commercial interior deals successfully.
Provide localized market intelligence and competitive insights from your assigned territory.
The Company shall allocate an exclusive or semi-exclusive territory to the Franchisee based on market potential, business opportunities, and strategic expansion plans.
The Franchisee shall have primary responsibility for business development activities within the assigned territory and shall not solicit business outside the designated area without prior written approval from the Company.
All design development, project management, procurement, manufacturing, execution, billing, and customer servicing shall remain the sole responsibility of the Company.
Collections: Collections from the client shall however be under the purview and support of the Franchisee to ensure smooth commercial operations.
The Franchisee shall not independently undertake project execution or enter into contractual commitments on behalf of the Company unless specifically authorized.
In consideration of successful project acquisition and closure, the Franchisee shall be entitled to a Business Development Commission based on the net value of projects secured within the allocated territory.
